A Perennial Tour of England's Farm and Private Airstrips
In April 2007, the Club decided to hold an event which would last all that summer. Entitled "Stripping for Summer", it was to be a tour over over 100 private airstrips for which scenery has been created by Gery Winskill and Pete Chapman. This undertaking has still not been completed four summers later by most of the members who started out from Shobdon during the week commencing 20th July 2007, heading for the first destination, Alcester!  Anyone who feels so inclined can have a go.  The full details are still on the web site in the Stripping for Summer pages.
