| Seven of the 11 aircraft which took part in the event - 5 of them from the club. From the left G-HANA, G-HENC, G-WAVI, and club aircraft G-GYAV, G-SPCA, G-XAJD & G-BYMB |
G-GYAV taxying up alongside the Piper Cub G-WAVI. He looks a bit odd, though! Peter Dodds in G-GYAV was the 3rd aircraft to arrive. G-TAAL had already departed. |
Peter Allnutt's G-SPCA on the grass. Now why is there an A300 parked over there? According to the AFISO its a Beech Baron like G-HENC next to it |
Tony Driver's G-XAJD in the foreground, G-GYAV is underground and most of the rest are half buried in the grass! |

| G-BYMB "taxies" in to parking with G-DIVA just landing out of sight. Due to FS quirks, the same aircraft can appear above ground, below ground or on the ground to different pilots. |
G-BYMB joins overhead Kemble. G-WAVI, the second aircraft to arrive, is on the ground. At this point G-GYAV was on final. |
The skies were virtually full of aircraft going everywhere. First aircraft to arrive at the virtual PFA Rally was G-TAAL as can be seen here. |
Most of the aircraft which took part can be seen in this view. Note G-GYAV, G-BYMB, GXAJD & G-SPCA in line astern near the red EGTT. |

| Distinctive wooded "rides" at the Cirencester Park waypoint on the official CAA "Sword" route. |
G-BYMB after take off. Two other aircraft can be seen at Charlie 1, with a third beginning to taxi out. |
The gathering begins to depart. Tim Arnot in G-BYMB follows taildragger G-WAVI to hold Charlie 1. Aircraft not in these pictures are helicopter G-RAMI, a Jetranger, and G-DIVA, a C172. |
Katana DA20 G-BYMB, C172s G-GYAV & G-XAJD, PA17 G-WAVI, Baron G-HENC and the "Airbus" G-HANA. To the right of the main group on the tarmac is VH-DAH from Sydney, Australia. |

| The CAA published "Sword" route followed by club aircraft ended at Malmesbury Water Tower VRP. This was modelled for us by David Humble, and is here seen dead ahead of G-GYAV. |
G-BYMB Homeward bound over the lakes. G-GYAV, G-HANA, G-WAVI and VH-DAH all airborne out of Kemble too. |
David Humble from Sydney (he got up very early in the morning) zooms past Alpha Victor's starboard wing in his 140 knot Mooney to get home first. |
Tail-end Charlie G-XAJD follows VH-DAH, G-GYAV, & G-BYMB home to Biggin Hill |
