Top down view of the Club aircraft preparing to leave. We have a convoy - taxying out to the hold at Biggin. G-GYAV ready for departure, the others coming up behind. Lots of ID tags on the taxyway as Alpha Victor climbs away.
G-GYAV leads seven aircraft across Oxfordshire. An FS Navigator multiplayer view passing Brize Norton. The Servinfo view, approaching Northleach. Described by AFISO Mike Pike as "Green Slime" on radar, we are coming to haunt him!
Kemble inbound - seen from G-BILL, who was just watching the fun! A picture by Tim Slater as he climbed away just before our arrival. Cessna 152 AJS51 downwind - Alan Squires who has now joined the Club G-SPCA, having had radio failure was cleared straight in and leads G-GYAV on final.
G-GYAV on final. Three aircraft aleady on the ground:- G-BILL, G-SPCA and G-XAJD The Controller's radar screen with G-BILL and three down, one on final, two downwind and one descending from the overhead. Just some of the arrivals on the ground at Kemble. To finish the evening off, Spitfire G-SPIT did a couple of low passes along the runway.
