Loading up.... I travelled alone on the flight to maximise space for beer. However, immigration didn't approve of having crates of beer on the seats and so I had to just use the boot space... Following John's SF260 out, FSinn didn't have an SF260 so I replaced it with a Bonanza... As Johns SF260 climbs up at a very impressive rate I open the throttles and off I go
Airbournnneeeeeeeeeeeeeee, clink clink, oops better not jerk this too much, I don't want to return to the UK with a plane full of glass pieces and a wet carpet.   Using the instruments now to track towards GURLU. Not a cloud in sight! OOPS, spoke to soon... I decided to fly through them rather than descend due to someone else being a couple of thousand feet below and there wasn't much to see anyway
G-NE Visual... G-NE roger, standard overhead join, report overhead, traffic is a Cessna 152 in the circuit. 'Downwind' Full flaps and gear down to slow down as we were number 2 to the 152 now! Final, a little high but nothing to worry about in this thing, with the 152 just climbing out. Taxiing along 13 to the apron

Time to unload, where's the car keys? Chocks in place, and all unloaded. Its time to go home!

Late leaving as usual! Coasting out from Dungeness Mid channel - England on the left; France on the right! Abbeville wasn't brown like this last time I was here! Returning across the channel, passing Dan below me.

Tony, Dan and me, safely back at Shoreham
